called verizon to report wrong number on visa rebate card for purchase of phone, i explained to rep that the number was for a "come on" activation for multiple venues such as a trip to orlando, a ""free" 100 card for answering questions... i got told by rep it is the right number to activate original rebate card, i got told i misdialed the number, then i got hung up on....*** POOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE MANNERS VERIZON AND CITI BANK.....
IM DISGUSTED WITH YALL.
for the amount of money we pay to be hung up on because your representatives really dont want to work is pathetic. i wish i had a job where i could hang up on people whenever i want, and be rude and call a customer a liar.....WTG - YOU ALL GET THE (NOT SO) GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD OF THE YEAR
