Verizon ranks first in the World's Worst Customer service. Waited on phone for more than 2 hours ,still no use. Same old junk music. They don't even know how to send an automated email to set the password.

Customer service Suck. Dont sign up for verizon. I will cancel my service rightaway

The most disappointing about verizon wireless services at Verizon Wireless was worst, poorly trained customer support and junk Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
