Spoke to a representative in Verizon Wireless earlier in th week and was told that if I come back to Verizon from Sprint that I would be given a $200 credit per line. This was never stated to me that it was part of a promotion.
Today when I went to a store on Black Friday to buy phones, I was told that the store will give me a $200 gift card credit per line to switch over. The original offer was not very specific and it was never mentioned that offers could not be combined.
I called back and spoke to Verizon wireless who now apologizes about this. Completely unacceptable and dishonest misleading customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Verizon Wireless Cons: Misleading customers to bring them back, Acknowledged their mistake refuse to correct it.
