MY DAUGHTER SHIPPED A PHONE BACK AS A RETURN ON OCT. 15 AND THEY SAY THEY NEVER GOT IT.

NOW WANTING TO CHARGE ME 500; WHAT IS BAD, IT WENT THROUGH THE POST OFFICE DROP BOX SO WE DON'T HAVE A STICKER. IF THEY CAN CHARGE ME, THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE A SERVICE THAT DOESN'T GIVE NEEDED PAPERWORK ETC. THIS IS BAD I already had a bad exp.

with the USPS with a money order once and they told me packages and mail get so dam. they don't no who it goes to, and it is just lost.
