Two weeks ago I accidentally dropped my Razr and shattered the outside screen.I went to Verizon in Petoskey, Michigan and requested that they switch my service to my backup Razr.
They asked if it was an Alltel phone, and when I answered yes, they said they couldn't switch the service. They said they no longer serviced Alltel phones. So much for customer service! I had to purchase another $169 phone and a new 2 year contract.
They indicated my monthly charge wouldn't change, but who would ever trust them to that promise.Anybody dealing with these jerks needs their head examined.
