They tell you they can return it but do no mention a re-stocking fee. They have you sign an electronic screen with just a place for a signature. Then they put the receipt in a bag with the product. The receipt doesn't have your signature on it.

I was so concerned about poor phone coverage that I actually had the branch manager sign a letter that I would not be charged if I returned it. Unfortunately, the letter did not mention a re-stocking fee and no disclosure was made that there was one.
