Verizon wireless service is a joke, I've tried for a week to have my ported over to my new phone. Only to be lied to by several people, verizon should make sure the people in their call center know what they are talking about when asked questions by the customers . Now I'm stuck with a phone I have no use for. But I would like to thank Victoria for her help on explaining some things that should have been explained from day 1. Verizon wireless sucks.
