about a month ago, I ordered new Verizon phones (Samsung S 4's) with 2 year renewal.

I decided to switch to another carrier because of I was pissed off about their internet division's business practices.

I sent the phones back via FedEx. in their unopened boxes unopened almost immediately. I spoke to Verizon in advance and used the FedEx labels they provided.

I just received an email that my final Verizon bill is over $1000. I followed up and they did receive the FedEx packages.

I'll speak to Verizon about the issue. However, if it is not resolved within 48 hours, I'll contact the NY attorney general and start a social media blitz.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
