Verizon Wireless - Refused to payout on my rebate!

Details
January of 2016 I switched from AT&T, because of some service issues. I was only with AT&T for 1yr and swapped because of Verizon's coverage and because they had a buy out offer. I emailed a picture of my receipt, bar codes on box's, a picture of the last AT&T bill total for phone cost and a picture of each lines phone charge. I was denied three times and their final verdict is the pictures are to blurry. I sent that email attachment to a office computer, cell phone, tablet and pulled up the attachments at my collage library and could see the images just fine. I complained on Fb and had a Verizon rep reach out. He could read the images but said, I should send new pics anyway. This conversation was November of 2016 I think, but I did not send new pictures until January of 2017, because I have most of my belongings in storage. I received another email rejecting my rebate this time because of the time frame. I was informed that my time limit has expired, so I am leaving Verizon. Verizon, you make enough money please do not find cheap ways to steal mine.

We were drawn into Verizon service by the promotion 'but one, get one' iPhone in June 2016. All receipts were submitted on the Verizon rebate page on July 7 2016 and we never heard ANYTHING. Dec 29 2016 I go to the Verizon store to see why I never received my $650.00 rebate. They checked and said my rebate was 'invalid'. Then I get an email from Verizon saying they did receive my submission but a barcode was missing and they sent a postcard. I NEVER RECEIVED A POSTCARD- I GET MY BILLS ONLINE- NOT THE POST OFFICE. That rebate was nothing more than a scam set up to fail the new customers they pull in. I will be getting a new service provider ASAP!

Verizon Wireless in Burke, Virginia - Promises not fulfilled.

The Verizon representative offered great rebates if I would switch 2 lines from AT&T and purchase 2 new smart phones. She said the rebates would likely take 90 days to hit the account, no problem. Now it is 7 months later, no rebates and I have wasted hours on the phone with them. Apparently, the Verizon sales people can promise you anything (commission?) because the rebates are not documented. The customer service representatives offer to call me back (never happens) or ask me to send them information and I never heard back from them. Very poor way to do business. I guess I am going back to AT&T.
