Verizon Wireless - Poor Customer Experience

I was on a Bi Weekly plan to pay affordable price after explaining how I lost one of my jobs. Called them today after receiving automated call and was told I paid too early on my payments so they broke the promise payment. Reallyx paying too early instead of not at all! I was NEVER told this, was only told if I could make the bi weekly amounts of $75. NOT VERY HAPPY at all because now I got to pay more than what I get paid at my job :(

I've been having issues going over my data plan too. I used to have 2 GB, and would almost never go over.

Then I got a new phone, my usage has stayed the same but it's like every other month they're saying I've used up all my data, and that's after increasing my plan to 5 GB. I've read online some people complaining about it. We think it may be Chrome running in the background, even after we think we've closed it out. But, I didn't used to have this issue.

I honestly think they're just doing something screwy to get more money out of their customers.

I've uninstalled Chrome and replaced it with another browser. Hopefully that has some effect.
