Someone from verizon wireless was able to correct the problems and let me access my account whenever I like.

Chatted to complain & they said we wouldn't get the free 7GB until the first autopay. Okay. Now ran out of data before the 2nd autopay,...

A month later and still no response from Verizon. It seems as if they are not concerned about keeping long term customers. Very sad too many companies do this.

Verizon Wireless in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas - Customer x 17 years. Paying over $230 p/m with Mexico Plan. Several friends have Senior Plan paying $70 p/m. Tried to get plan by calling them several times. “Not available in your area”. Total bull.
