Verizon Wireless - Angry with verrizon

Signs dropping. Takes 5 minutes or longer to send my daughter a pic . Paying to much to deal with her having no signal lately n certain parts of the house when was fine before. Can't use phone n department stores. It's too much to say . Been saying it for to long to Verizon with same tricks that don't work .
