Its been 4 months. Phone was to be shut off in April. Its now august & verizon is charging me for the 4 months of service even though i wanted the phone shut off!!! Multiple calls to,customer service & no help now they want to,send the bill to collections WTF!!

Horrible, horrible service. I have been with Verizon for years. More, dropped calls, expensive, and no resolve for stripped called and poor signal strength when it was great just a year ago..I intend to change companies after almost 20 years.
