I have been with Verizon wireless for 2 years and a month. I switched over from AT&T when I got married because my S.O liked Verizon. Big mistake. We started our service with 3 phones and got talked into trading a paid for brand new Galaxy S6 for a junkyard Elypsis tablet. The verizon switch program is a joke.Was told i would be reenbursed for my atant contract to switch and i would get money from my old phones. This was back in may and its july. I have sent them all requested info and still have not gotten my reenbursement. When i called they told me i was only getting 147.00 per line which equals to about 300.00 and still owe 300.00 on the contract.They lie lie lie.

Its been 4 months. Phone was to be shut off in April. Its now august & verizon is charging me for the 4 months of service even though i wanted the phone shut off!!! Multiple calls to,customer service & no help now they want to,send the bill to collections WTF!!

Horrible, horrible service. I have been with Verizon for years. More, dropped calls, expensive, and no resolve for stripped called and poor signal strength when it was great just a year ago..I intend to change companies after almost 20 years.
