We went to Staten Island Verizon wireless store on hylan boulevard to separate one of the three lines we had on the account

They required 400 dollars deposit for the credit which was withdrawn from our bank account but the line was never separated and the new account was never created

There was two ladies who originally opened the account that took 2hours of waiting and one of them is the manager she promised to fix it but now it is still one month and nothing is done they have the money and the account is not fixed we are waiting for another 2 hours and they say they are trying to fix it!!!!

Monetary Loss: $400.
