Been a Verizon customer for 10+ years and recently am experiencing very bad customer service and many screw ups on my upgrade to the IPhone 6 and a defective MiFi. Wrong paperwork caused this device to be sent to the wrong warehouse.
They are trying to charge me 200 dollars for not returning the device. And there is more. On their IPhone 6 recycle program I shipped 2 IPhone 4S valued at 200 dollars each. They claim one was damaged and say circus worth 36 dollars and they cannot find the other one although I have it tracked by USPS and they received it 20 days ago.
I have made multiple calls to their customer no service dept. many promised made but I am still out 564 dollars.
I am contacting the local TV consumer reporters in the Atlanta area to expose them to their incompetence. I will also contact the govt agency that regulates them.
