I been with verizon for about 8 years or more. In September i change my plan and they took my international call away with out telling me. I had a emergency somebody in my family die and i was unable to call, i call costumer services and they told my I m sorry if you wanted to do international calls you have to paid 5.99 or go back to my old plan ..im very disappointed to bad i still with a contract but i will charge company's when is over!!!!!!!!
