Made a recent Warranty Claim with Verizon re: I~5 phone in pristine exterior condition. "Claim Rejected" & I OWE Verizon: $395.12 for "Fraud Claim".
They say my "glass Screen is cracked", tho the "shipping box was undamaged". But, I did get get a whopping $5.00 Discount for being a Loyal Customer!! As a retired female Evidence Tech, my logic exasperated the Rep, re: the 'Claim viability' & I proposed new 'Shipping Standards' to prove their Customers are Not Liers/Commit Fraud. The Rep.
agreed but tore into me.
As 16/th Gen. Americans, all my family are off; Verizon.
