Verizon Wireless - Zero Live Agents

I switched to Verizon a couple of months ago and I cannot wait to drop their AWFUL customer "service." You NEVER get a live person when you call for help and then they HANG UP ON YOU with a "Sorry you are having trouble GOODBYE." RUN RUN RUN and find another carrier!
