Verizon Wireless - Horrible customer service

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I needed a grace period of ONE day after always paying my bill on time, and they wouldn't budge at all. I'm about to switch to MetroPCS or something more affordable, but I thought by being a loyal customer, one day wouldn't be a big deal. So I had to literally un-enroll as a customer, then re-enroll, causing me to lose my discount. I am so tired of them and their horrible customer service. DO NOT USE VERIZON!

Verizon Wireless - Worst Customer service EVER!!!

I spent a total in one day of 8 hours and 33 mins on the phone with Verizon, getting bounced around from one Rep to another Rep trying to get a replacement phone. At the end of the day,9 :45 PM i was able to have them send me one out which now is going to take 3 days, 3 days without a phone and 1 full day of being on a computer speak to them, thank you google hang outs. Verizon hands down is the worst when it comes to customer services.

Verizon Wireless - Time to SWITCH

I rely only on my Verizon wireless phone and I do live in an area with very marginal signal from Verizon although it’s the best we have. My network extender failed, so no phone service. After 4 long (1 to 2 hours each) chat sessions I’m nowhere with a replacement. Each chat assured me it was being sent, gave me order numbers, but turns out it has not shipped. This issue has been a total waste of a lot of my time, left me with no phone service and been very discouraging for a company I’ve been doing business with since it was known as Bell Atlantic almost 50 years ago. Seems like it is time to switch to another carrier but are any of them any better?

Verizon Wireless - This was a joke!

Don't use this service!! Took 3 hrs to arrive, then didn't have correct equipment even though they were told. They left and were supposed to come back next morning at 8 but no show. Called a tow company and they arrrived within 20 minutes. All i have to do is submit towing bill to my insurance and it's paid.

received a letter from 9/30/2019 Georgia Department of Law and Verizon Wireless Executive Relations had 10 days to follow up with both GDOL and I and never heard from them...I even gave Verizon more time and wrote back to Georgia Department of Law and told them........

Verizon Wireless - I've been on hold 1/2 hour so far to speak with someone

I can't believe I've been on the phone a half an hour just trying to get somebody to talk to me about why my bill went up... Verizon used to be a classy company but they're not anymore I'm so upset with having to wait this long and still nobody is answering the phone. damn!

Are you serious. I think it's time to switch cell service to another company.

THREE MONTHS AGO I went into the Walterboro store and reported my phone was lost or stolen. I was told that no one in the store could help me because it was listed as a business account. I went online and was told the account was changed to a personal senior account for $35 per month since I am 71 years old and in the process of retiring. I went back to the store an the smart black subject tried to make me sign up for $65 per month. I told him politely to cancel since that was not what I was quoted. Later on I received an invoice where the phone was being used after they were told on 2 trips to the store that I do not have the phone and cancel service.I called in for the third time and suspended service! 843-830-6907

Verizon Wireless - Customer service

Bought a new phone from one of Verizon’s corporate stores they wer horrible fried the old phone refused to assist in set up and transfer of info to the new phe didn’t even activate the new phone sent us home to do it ourselves through tech coach was on hold for hours with no resolve. The next day we went to a small price owned store that was wonderful Adrian D at go wireless 26 mile and romeo plank rd in Macomb MI got all the info off the old phone and set up the new phone for us how the corporate store could ever let someone leave without a functioning phone is beyond me my advice is use the little stores they still care about customer service
