Verizon Wireless - Zero Live Agents

I switched to Verizon a couple of months ago and I cannot wait to drop their AWFUL customer "service." You NEVER get a live person when you call for help and then they HANG UP ON YOU with a "Sorry you are having trouble GOODBYE." RUN RUN RUN and find another carrier!

Verizon Wireless - I hate them with all my being

The most incompetent people on this planet are all apparently working for Verizon wireless! They all pretend to work on an issue and they don't. Lie after like, only looking for $$. Quick to take your money, but when they make an error with $$ involved, you'll have to give your first born to get it back!!! I have too many issues to state only one. AND I've NEVER been a difficult customer anywhere.
