4 months now I have been tracking my data to not being able to figure out why I'm suddenly chewing through it faster....I kept detailed records from video tape to stop watch times to prove this, somedays up to 30 percent more I was changed for using their own supported application...

when I confronted Verizon I just kept getting put on hold or transferred, but when I told them to just shut it off they suddenly were so nice and cooperative....

I'm thinking of writing a letter to the better Business Bureau and maybe their corporate office...or maybe just go to my attorney who handles class action lawsuits

Monetary Loss: $100.
