4 months now I have been tracking my data to not being able to figure out why I'm suddenly chewing through it faster.... I kept detailed records from video tape to stop watch times to prove this, somedays up to 30 percent more I was changed for using their own supported application...

when I confronted Verizon I just kept getting put on hold or transferred, but when I told them to just shut it off they suddenly were so nice and cooperative....

I'm thinking of writing a letter to the better Business Bureau and maybe their corporate office... or maybe just go to my attorney who handles class action lawsuits

Monetary Loss: $100.
