I ported my number to Verizon last Saturday. And still I have no cell service and have been repeatedly lied to by Verizon reps.
Tomorrow, 7 AM, later today. 24 hours, 48 hours. No one cares. Right now I'm being held hostage, they told me that if I cancel their service I can't port back and I'll lose my number.
A number I've had for business since 2005. Seems their best way to keep business is extortion. As soon as I can port, I'll be out from under them.
I'm going to Page Plus. Verizon can go to ***.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
