I bring my phone to Verizon store and just to avoid be in any contract. The agent explain to me that I can cancel my service any time .after to weeks of service I went back to the same store to buy phones accessories when they told me that I can update my phone for a new one and pay the difference which I did. After 3 months of service I change for att with more data and same price for family plan. Verizon now calling me saying that because I updated my fone mean Iam in 2 year contact.

And I need to pay $300 for termination fee.

I never sign any paper saying I will be in 2 year's contact.

See you in court.
