I had problems with my phone and the Verizon guys send me replacement cellphone. The replacement was bad too.

Therefore, I had to replace that with another one. This has happened 4 times in one month. I am pissed that I cannot get a phone that works and am bound to the contract.

The phone I use is a galaxy nexus which I got in Feb 2011. The original phone had charging issues and would not boot up.

I went to the verizon store and they ordered me a replacement "certified" phone. The replacement phone worked for a week before it would not work.

This happened twice again. This time is worse to the point that I had to send the replacement phone on the same day it arrived.
