Salesman blatantly lied about plans and said would not increase monthly fees . WE ONLY DISCOVERED AFTER REVIEWING THE BILL.

After being put on hold for over an hour, customer service said cant help us, need to deal with the Verizon wireless store directly.

Completely dishonest and deceptive. Be extremely careful when conducting business and agreeing to any changes to your plans, They will tell you lies to get you to sign up for new contract and surprise you with additional monthly fees, etc.

They are the most expensive carrier and most dishonest corporate sales practices ever incountered.

This person wrote the review because of "deceptive sales" at Verizon Wireless. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $700 and wants Verizon Wireless to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was deceitful customer service, hidden fee dont respect there customers and coverage is poor. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
