Salesman blatantly lied about plans and said would not increase monthly fees . WE ONLY DISCOVERED AFTER REVIEWING THE BILL.

After being put on hold for over an hour, customer service said cant help us, need to deal with the Verizon wireless store directly.

Completely dishonest and deceptive. Be extremely careful when conducting business and agreeing to any changes to your plans, They will tell you lies to get you to sign up for new contract and surprise you with additional monthly fees, etc.

They are the most expensive carrier and most dishonest corporate sales practices ever incountered.

Product or Service Mentioned: Verizon Wireless Phone Plan.

Reason of review: deceptive sales.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Deceitful customer service, Hidden fee dont respect there customers, Coverage is poor.
