1. $20 an hour - Submitting online application, 7.10.13 @6-8:15 am.

Hotspot failed. Application has to be redone.

Had to drive 4 miles, wait until 10 am to see Verizon for a fix. Verizon reordered, corrected battery.

4 mile return @ 11 am. Hours: Approx. 5 hours. 5 hours X $20 an hour $100 cost to me.

Call to Verizon, they offered $2 credit. I detailed the issue, cost impact, requested $30. They offered $10. $10 = 10% of $100 that impacted me.

If Verizon took time/money from me, they have done the same from many others. I want more credit.

Monetary Loss: $100.
