We were supposed to receive a corporate customer discount when we began our cell service with Verizon. So, I went in to the Verizon store to set it up.

The people there directed me to the website, which didn't work so I called customer service. It has now been five months of phone calls to try to get this discount processed. I have done everything that I have been asked to do but haven't seen results. Each time I talk to customer service they "sound" as though they are taking care of everything, but nothing ever actually happens.

They simply say the things that they know will get me off the phone. If the cancellation fee wasn't so high, I would go back to ATT immediately.
