I had logged into my Verizon account to add a line and added the Samsung Galaxy S III 16GB Bundle as my 2nd phone. I had a few questions for online chat and was booted out of their system, when I went back to again place my order the bundle price was increased by $50.00 on the bundle.
When i called customer service they said if I did not have a screen shot of the price they could not honor the price. They also said they had no way to verify the price that was on line and could not help me without the screen shot of the price.
Monetary Loss: $194.
