I called Verizon to change my phone that was lost to a different phone for a short time. I frist talk with some lady Bernice who says the phone I am trying to use is a prepaid.

She transfers me to the prepaid - Matthew or Matt, who tell me it isn't a problem to get my account active on this phone, but he needs to get me on the line with Bernice. He makes a mistake and transfers me to someone speaking spanish who doesn't tell me her name and will not help me. Great service - ha. I am now going to cancel my account with Verizon as I haven't had such a pleasure speaking with such an un-helpfull person.

All it take is one lousy person and I would rather pay the cancellation fee and purchase a new phone than try to save this account knowing it pays her wage. Must say they don't know what service is and it is a shame --- some day the company will come into it's deserved end.

Monetary Loss: $800.
