Verizon is charging me $21.00 a month for a phone line I have never had and they won't cancel it because I had 180 days to make a complaint. My fault for paying my bill and trusting Verizon and thinking they were an honest company.

A sales person at Best Buy signed me up for 2 phone lines instead of 1 and even though Verizon can see the line was never used and there is no phone attached to it they will not cancel the contract. I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years and my average bill is $450.00 a month for 4 lines, I guess I'm not a valued customer...

Monetary Loss: $504.

Call them and tell them the person using that line died. They will cancel contract with no cancellation fee!
