Verizon came back with another low ball number which I didn't accept

In Summary:

In May & June 2017 my wife turned in three Samsung Galaxy S7 phones that were owned outright by us to a Verizon affiliate store named ClickAway with the understanding that we received three replacement devices (2- Apple iPhone 7’s and 1- Samsung Galaxy S-8). The acceptance of these three devices were issued to her under the pretenses that there would be no changes to our contractual basis and no costs associated due to a promotion that was going on at the time.

Instead, we were charged full term for all devices with no credit being issued for the three phones turned in.

I have included a conversation log consisting of over 30 calls in the past two years with time of call, company representatives and summary of call.

During this two-year period, ClickAway lost their contract with Verizon and are saying that I need to deal with Verizon to receive any credit.

Clickaway regional manager Mitchell Cox (707) XXX-xxxx, has verified with Verizon multiple times that a full credit should be issued to us based on the promotion running at the time, but Verizon at the latest conversation only wants to credit $150.00 to the account. My out of pocket costs as you can see above is almost $2,500.00.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Verizon Wireless Cons: Immoral business practices.
