Having four lines on my account a purchase of a new 900.00 iPhone with cash was made as a gift. The phone was transferred to another provider with a new number.
Verizon has still not closed the prior account or phone number after two months a three attempts. Unbelievably my bank account had two erroneous withdraws which I have played *** trying to get a response from Verizon on even having a ticket generated.
It is apparently an open new account for the old phone with the old number with auto payments from my bank. They have spent two months allowing this to go on and as of today I have not gotten an explanation as to why the issue has not been handled.
