sI tried to make a payment. There was a problem on the website that concluded I was trying to update my credit card information and locked me out.

There is NO option that gets you to a person. I could not make a payment via the web site, via the phone, and I spent tons of time with their "chat agent" that was completely useless.

It is ALMOST impossible to get to a person. Everything routes you to an automatic system and there are times that doesn't work.

This company is terrible. The fact that their wireless and home products are completely separate and two different companies should be a clue of how screwed up they are.

I will be moving to AT&T. U

User's recommendation: Use a different company.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
