Verizon= FECKLESS BUREAUCRATIC NINCOMPOOPS.
After 12 years of auto-pay, and 15/20gb use a month, the contract i signed was for est $109MO.This year they repeatedly charged me over $2800 usd until I caught it on my bank statement and stopped another $741 dollar charge, (241/) i took a single trip To Europe and trusted them to set me up on day pass which would total 300 extra for 30-days out of the entire year, somehow they charged me 2-3 dollars per minute that whole month and every month after my return home even though i was emailed proof i reverted back to regular plan, so i turned my data off to see if i would still be charged since i have another cell and 5G at the house, but they kept billing me 109 to 115 to 150 to 203 to 341 to $617 to $836 and no one suggest There is an issue but just keep drafting my account hoping I wouldn't look,, thats complete negligence after so many years, 12 yrs, to keep billing me then when i ask them to correct, and stop my auto pay till its sorted out they send me 8-12 text messages threatening to shut my line down within 24hrs, how evil is that, knowing ill never ever ever get my money back from their broken matrix of 1-800 #s feckless crooks! Every time i call for correction, they say they are not approved to credit over $200!!! They billed me 3600 over my entire year's accrued total!
