I have spoken with multiple Verizon employees who have ensured me that the changes to my account wouldn't affect my credits that I receive monthly for each phone line I have contracted with them. The last few phone calls trying to get have this concern resolved has left me with no options. It's disgusting how Verizon isn't holding their employees responsible for their actions. Verizon says they record all calls for training purposes, yet they won't use them to investigate situations. I have been told by a Verizon employee her manager has approved the credits and it'll reflect on my bill within an hour or so. Never happened. Gave it a few days, called to speak with a manager who says he'll look into to it. Now almost a week past his promise of a returned call, nothing. It's funny how Verizon has you locked into a contract and will hold the consumer responsible to the very last day, yet when they make a change there isn't any Communication. And Verizon believes this is okay. All I'm asking for is what's right. I want my $25 credit per line (4lines) to be credited back to until the end of each phone line contract date or to let me out of my contract without any cost. I never had any major issues all these centuries I've been with Verizon. However, not backing up agreed apond prices and programs, broken promises, isn't a company that worth my hard earned money. My $300 monthly bill might be small appeared to others, but I am a customer. And I and others deserve to be treated with truth and excellent customer service. I can't wait to have this resolved. My next step will be the attorney general. Just hope it doesn't take that.

Go Wireless: The Go-To Place for Verizon
If you want honesty and professionalism in dealing with Verizon Wireless retailers, the Go Wireless office at Paradise Marketplace, 3870 E. Flamingo Rd in Las Vegas Nevada is the place to go. Michael, the manager, was supportive and assisted me from trying to find my existing Verizon account (and at the time, we couldn't get it), through what I needed when ultimately, I returned the phone. He was patient, kind and supportive of my decisions. Even if he wound up taking the phone back, he assisted me every step of the way, to avoid penalties, etc. I believe that good people like him deserve good customers. So if you believe that YOU are a good customer and looking for decent businesses in the wireless services industry, Michael and the Go Wireless store is what you are looking for! Thank you, Michael, for your help and kindness. You run a business that should truly be a model for others.

Overcharged on Screen Protector at Verizon Wireless Store
I went to the Verizon Wireless store in my local area, where I have been a customer for over 10 years. I went there to replace a broken phone and in the interim replace the screen protector. I couldn't believe the price that I was charged for a screen protector, which was $ 27.00!! There prices are triple the cost of the same screen protector on Amazon for $ 8.00, they really markup the cost. They should have given me the screen protector for free to show their appreciation for my loyalty!

Terrible interaction with customer
I went in to upgrade my phone. I had already researched and knew exactly which phone I wanted. I was greeted by a sales rep. and I took him to the phone I wanted. He enthusiastically told me about the accessory combo pack they had for the phone and assumed I would purchase it. When I told him I did not want the accessory items his response was to stare me down for longer than most people are comfortable. He continued to pitch me on the accessories and I again told him I was not going to buy accessories. He became outwardly aggravated and throughout the process of activating my phone he continued to ridicule me and laugh at me in a disparaging manner. At every opportunity he tattled on me to other staff that I was not going to buy the accessories and the response from other staff was to stare at me and ridicule me. The ridiculing was loud enough to be heard by other patrons in the store. I am a pretty thick skinned person so I just absorbed the juvenile behavior. However, I couldn't help but be appalled at how any business could treat a long term customer in such rudeness. I would have walked out but just didn't have the time to drive elsewhere.
