My phone has a setting that says i cant make purchases from it. How do i remove that
I was having trouble with settings that I couldn't fix. Rose Ann was the agent who helped me, and she was delightful. It took over an hour to resolve the problem. She never became impatient and ultimately fixed it.

Echo o
I still get an echo during calls using my phone. Normally I hear the echo when I'm using the phone speaker, but can get the same issue while using blue tooth connection with my car. I have tried adjusting the volume down on my phone and have had the other party do the same, trying to eliminate the echo. The volume adjustment helped somewhat, but has not eliminated the problem. Very Frustrating!

Trying to get them to refund auto drafts they have made to my bank since I dropped their wireless service.
Non user friendly access to their customer service support telephone number. Useless chat - keeps forcing me back to their website. After I finally located a customer service telephone number was placed on "eternal hold" with the usual *** hold music. I will probably dispute the two charges and let Verizon deal with it
User's recommendation: Great company for normal service, I had this account since July 1993 until porting the number to Charter Spectrum Business Mobile services. They have a local office to help with any difficulty.

Operation of phone
My LGQ10 android phone would not call out or receive calls. I went online to the LG website, chatted with someone in customer support and resolved the problem.

Overpayment on bill, which was supposed to be taken care of by Verizon. This person helped me, that was very kind of her, Thank You again.

Disconnected service, keep getting billed 5 months later
I terminated service with Verizon on March 17, 2021 I followed all the procedures they asked me too only to find out later that they only canceled one of the two lines I had on my account. I contacted their financial services department and worked out an agreement with them I paid a small outstanding balance and a balance on the device I had purchased. I have continued receiving monthly bills since April 2021 I have contacted them several times to dispute these bills I keep getting the runaround they either conveniently drop my call or they transfer me
User's recommendation: Be very diligent about your recordkeeping if and when you decide to terminate your service with Verizon do not be surprised If you continue to receive a bill even after your contract terminates.

I don't understand the extra charge on my cell phone bill
Nowhere on the bill is the explanation. However, after waiting patiently for a real person to talk to, a very nice Erin answered my question. It's a one-time charge for my new phone upgrade. I was surprised because I paid for the phone myself and was not putting it on my bill. I am still surprised that I am being charged for this.
