They keep putting wrong charges on our account then saying they will credit us but we must pay first! You have to chat online forever bc you can never actually get someone on the phone. We are angry!

Advertised free phone on upgrade and didn't deliver

I was on a family plan when the person over the plan cut me from the plan without my knowledge.

No customer service
User's recommendation: Go to a carrier with someone to talk to if there is a problem.

Your watch must be a gps model and not a cellular model. Check with Verizon. They probably only accept the cellular models.
