I do not like vertual customer service.

I Lostmy iPhone and iPad at a camping trip and wanted to submit a claim. I am 77 and not being able to talk to someone was very difficult and frustrating. If this is what Verizon is going to I am disappointed. I would give Verizon a 5 star review but not today

No customer help. Can't speak to real person

Can't get a hold of a representative for account and phone problems. Kept getting automated service. No good service. The automated service does not give you the option to talk to a customer representative. When you try to call back or look up on the website it just gives you a different number for the same automated system

No service

For the last 2 weeks everyday we loose service. Can't call, text or use the internet. I was told they were working on the towers last week. Today is even worse. I am lucky if I have had service for an hour. My husband service is the same. Get your equipment working so that I can use what I am paying for. Pathetic

I saw an ad on tv. The SMALL PRINT didn’t meet my criteria. However I was told by my local office that I qualified for a $350. Rebate with no trade in. I went home and called. Verizon confirmed. I was

assured by 2 people the same thing. When my bill came, I was billed full price. I called and the rep change the amount but still has to confirm by June 2. So Im waiting to see. Ill review again then.

You do not have on thing that really answers a persons asking for help

I call multiple places and got the same thing a machine that could not understand what I wanted nor did you chat experts understand what I wanted to find out such a sorry system that only makes people feel helpless to get an answer they are trying to get,very sorry system!!!

I want to change my phone number with a new area code....should be quite easy but you people make it easy to not be happy satisfied or happy.

Being able to easily change my area code and phone number. There's a lot of competition out there. It would be nice to be able to complete a very simple and reasonable task without any angst. 401 829-****

Dispute bill. Awful service

I was promised a set monthly charge . Deceptive practices! $200+ charge for a month. Then $90. Promised no problems for $67 a month. Instead I am warned it is $87. Not good accounting for 1 line ! Broken promises. I must look for a reasonable company that is not out to overcharge senior citizens and former teachers with no millions on hand to pay greedy companies.

I inadvertently set up a draft with you on a closed account. I have only a prepaid account with you currently. So far you have 600$ from my checking account it may be 220$ less not sure if the last payment cleared but you have no account with me for this to go to. It is closed. Bill higher than other companies

The bill and little offers for seniors personal at stores need more training in products attitudes and promptness need to put instructions inside the boxes of the phones add sitting area because theres always a long wait more explanation on products and less talking among each other less running from customers who look like they really need help

Verizon used to be off strong satellites, with decent service . Now (in the city limits) after going 5G, it works at 50%. WHY !?!?!?

Really Really Really BAD Customer Service

My phone won't let me call anyone today. My payments are always on time because I autopay. When I tried to open a Chat to find out if there was some kind of service outage I was told I have to pay. That's total BULL!!!

Breach of contract/agreement

Agreement made with Verizon was not honored after payments were made and they shut off service demanding payment in full. They refused to pull the recording that had the agreement in question.
