Trying to get anything done with customer is impossible and coverage in Andrews North Carolina 28901 sucks.

Trying to enroll in autopay, anyone I have talked with cannot help me. When we got our phones, the one person at customer service said when we were ready to do autopay to call customer service. Well, that just isn't true because no one is willing to help. I do not like to use online and would rather talk to a person.

Can never speak to live representative. I just switched from AT&T and Verizon is terrible. I regret switching

I dont think I should have to pay for Verizons mistakes for new equipment and activation charges especially when my bill was just paid for the next month and no refund for what I just Gave Verizon and I consider that just another rip off from Verizon. I was a 20 year customer of Verizon and cant believe they do things like that to customers

Billing mistake

We had to switch carriers because Verizon stopped service in our area 59253. We were a customer since 2004 and now we changed carriers and we are getting charged for home protection we did not want.

When you need help it isn't there. The auto chat function is stupid. You can't get a real person even on chat!

Support is bad

Cant get help. No one answers the phone. Automated support is stupid. Now I need to add at least 100 characters to this details box to continue processing my comments.

I'm writing to let u know I spoke with your representative and was told in order to start service with y'all it was going cost me 3.00 .00 brand new service I can't believe u would not have a new device plan with no prepayment when u advertise something different every day this is most definitely poorest service if u ask me alot to be desired.

An account was closed without notice because of lack ofbuse

Had a pre-paid phone number 978-221-**** with Verizon wireless that was paid every month. Verizon terminated the service because it was not used for a couple of months. Verizon did not notify me in any fashion. Verizon just took the liberty of cancelling a service that was an emergency phone for an elderly man. Then when requesting the number be reactivated the customer service was incapable of assisting

I called and was on hold for 43 minutes before a rep answered.

I asked the rep to transfer me to a supervisor please. She informed me her supervisor was on a call but she could have him call me. Of course he never called. Completely worthless customer service.

To complain about trying to make a payment and the voice system has been messed up for years with no improvement and when I try to talk to your "computer expert " you want to charge me money that sounds like you do NOT want to improve

I spent close to an hour with a rep trying to reactivate services and all they did was try to upsell a phone to me

I spent close to 45 minutes texting with an agent about wanting to reactivate an account and all they did was try to upsell a newer phone to me. It was only towards the end that I discovered that the "free" upgrade wasn't free at all but I would have to have a specific plan that would be much more costly that the one I had before. I stated several times that I did not want o pay more for any services and instead of that being respected and considered I found out otherwise. It was a complete waste of my time!!!Doubtful!!!

I'm trying to pay my phone bill I don't know user ID and password. I've got nowhere with customer service. This is very frustrating! I should be able to pay my bills no problem that is how it works all this extra information that I do not have. Please help! I want to keep my phone service with Verizon. If this problem continues I'll be finally on your phone service provider. I can't even find the Verizon wireless phone number to speak with an actual person. Not automated. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.
