My data isn't working I need help

I call in a nobody knows what they are doing last help took 1 hour and the guy sent a email to activate new phone but wasnt the issue and gheee was no at code and Id already clarified myself several times

Verizon wireless customer service sucks

Your service sucks. You have the highest rates and the worst, *** poor customer service. You would be lucky, if you get an agent you can understand whether through harsh accent or poor knowledge. A.T.T

They took my credit card number, and that's the last communication

After I put my email address, they went off my screen, leaving nothing behind. No logo, nothing.thats it, I have no way to sign in or contact them

I You took my card numbers, but I didn't get your download info. What's up with that?

Right after I put my credit card numbers in, you hooked me up with somebody that was talking to me. No logo anywhere.

Verizon horrible !!

Took money out of my account, overdrafted, never setup auto pay on this account yet Verizon takes money without auth wiil not do anything meanwhile I cant eat have to pawn something . Never dealt with such an unscrupulous company stay away from Verizon!!

My account has been canceled since January 2022 ,I even left my auto draft on for one month Incase there was a final bill or something,I am receiving bills on this account with a phone number idk and when I call the number they tell me can't get anyone bc I am not a coustomer so what the heck is going on .. GH May 11,2022

Just cancel this account with not putting on credit 4 a bill idk anything about.

Poor service

The service line tells me I have a zero balance, but my data is turned off. There is no number that I can call that doesn't bounce me to the "Make a payment" line, which tells me I have a zero balance. My data is turned off and I can't reach anyone that can tell me how to fix this. It is an endless computer loop. This is your idea of customer service?

Pissed about Verizon APP

I just got my phone service from Verizon. I tried to register for an account on the APP. It said call *228 and follow the prompts. When I attempted that it said my SIM card was already registered. I have tried several customer service numbers and they all say invalid number. I need help registering my account.

Issue has not been resolved after at least 4 phone calls

My number was poured out on April 10 and I called to cancel the service next day. Was told that the balance was paid and cleared when I believe some credit should be owed to me. Called a few more times to make sure the account was closed. Yet, More charges for the service for incoming month was processed on May 8th when it was canceled a month ago.

My legal name is not showing up on calls made to landlines

I couldnt get no answers to how to change and get my legal. Name on my account so my legal name will show up on a landline phone

4days past due can’t upgrade to a working phone going to t moby

Phone on the fritz was told by Fiancial to make arrangements on past due $220.00 and I could upgrade, so I did and they didnt. Its all about money not customers! They dont care about DAV vets either! If enough people got together and switched it would hurt their pocketbook and maybe listen to people who keep them in business

As a handicapped senior citizen I need to speak to himans..not digital sign ins or chaos with logi s passwords etc. I am calling from mine and that should be secure enough to tell you to drop subscri

I do not want these additional services added. I never requested the "free" subscription for a month and then you have the audacity to boll $+9.95 a month if not canceled. In addition. Just try to cancel using your digital service. Log ins, chats that go nowhere etc. Pay people to a swer phones ateast for senior citizens ; handicapped!!!
