Verizon Wireless in Norton, Virginia - Too many spam calls!

What is up Verizon wireless!? I keep getting spam calls, block them and they just call from another number. These calls come from other wireless numbers and if you call back the other wireless customer has not called you but has been getting spam calls as well! *** my own number called me yesterday! This needs to be dealt with or I will be switching wireless providers!

Verizon offered a $15/Mth plan to provide "Out of Country" cell service while in Canada (Not the same as calling from US...This is calling from Canada to the US). The $15 plan was a 100 mins plan with 100Mb of data which was sufficient for most trips of a week or two....
