Hours on the phone with tech support for over a month now. Still the same issues and they haven't done anything but do the same tech support steps each time I get them on the phone.

Hours on the phone with tech support for the last month, still same issues. Known #s VERIZON TO, says disconnected not in service or changed. 5g is a joke, when my phone auto switch over to 5g, can't call, can't use the internet. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. But worse of all, they don't care! Obviousy!!!

I no longer have Verizon due to coverage and price!!

Poor coverage and double the $$. I found a better service and coverage at a much cheaper price. I also was unable to get help. So I moved on!

New service

I want to transfer my servíce to Verizon I have been transferred total of 19 times and have tried 12 numbers and all have been wrong numbers and the time I was able to talk to a person it was a one hour and 18 minutes not counting the on hold time I was told that notes would be entered so when I call back I would not need to repeat my self and no notes what so ever

User's recommendation: Be ready to call numbers as agents will not give you numbers that are correct.

Upset with this companies deceptive business practices

I paid for setup fees for a phone plan including home internet!!! After 4 weeks of no internet they admitted they could not supply internet in my area! The phone plan that was part of this complete plan endup being double to cost discussed. I will be changing my phone services very soon and everyone else should consider other services other than Verizon

the "agents" are nothing more than paid seat warmers who know nothing beyond there script. the will lie and hang up / disconnect on you they know nothing will happen to them ( includes there executive relations) best option is to look online for help

Cell connection

Online services did not address questions about the connection issues on there end, they assumed all the problems were with the devices. Every phone on our plan has been getting poor connection, all the way from Charleston to Huntington. The signal provided by Verizon is very poor right now and has been for several days. Do we need to turn off 5G and go back to 4G LTE?

as long as you have 1 bar they call that " great " and or no problem, they will if lucky file a ticket which gets imediately closed. beyond that they will have you " troubleshoot" and blame your phone.

all they know is there script. verizon is know to be heavily congested.

Once my contract is up I will be going to a different carrier! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very unhappy! I wouldn't even give you any Stars for anything! I will be writing a review on Yelp! I will also never recommend Verizon to anyone else! Absolute Failure on all ends!

Called to get a 10.48 cent refund no lock. Have been working on this for over 2 months.my accounts closed but I sent in a check for what I owed and they deducted that amount from my bank account

We were with Verizon for years cell phones up to 4 phones and high speed Comcast. Now Im having such trouble getting a 10.48 cent refund.

Billing question

Payment increased because of surcharge fees by Verizon; no change in plan or coverage; I dont know if this will be from now on- fees keep going up - wondering if I need to look for another provider
