On hold too long. I wanted to talk to somebody about switching to Verizon, but trying to get a hold of somebody doesn’t seem to be an easy task. Not something I wanna deal with

Waited on hold. I was interested in switching from AT&T to Verizon. However, it takes too long to contact Verizon. There should not be such a long hold times! I will probably stay with AT&T, even though Im not that happy with them

User's recommendation: Contact a different carrier. Verizon customer service is not user-friendly.

I would like to switch, with a deal better than what I’m getting with AT&T. Also, a number where I can talk contact Verizon easily without long wait time

A phone I order was screw up at cooksville TN store on jackson St .1 very unhappy. Customer with the way it was handled a pissed off good customer

Wait time

Waited 35 minutes to talk to a rep about a problem with my phone. When finally got thru rep fixed problem immediately. Whats with your response time. Have 6 phones with you, 3 still under factory warrenty

It sucks

I have a payment due. It did not go through. I have a new card. I got transferred and it didn't help because the info didn't go through. There is help. They want to change my dollar amount. I like my plan. I am seriously thinking of changing my provider.

Poor internet service

I pay for standard, because there isn't any better, internet service. I pay $49.00 per month, but if I were to reduce that by $1 every time the service quits, the company would be paying me that amount and probably more. I have talked to CS and get nowhere. I can't count on Zoom meetings, classes, streaming without having several interruptions. Years ago I had great service, now it's lousy and it's the only service where I live..

Unable to get phone service or e.mail help

I had heard good things about this company but my experience has been very bad. I have been waiting on the phone for help for Find more than an hour. Have called different numbers with no success. I would advise anyone thinking about signing up with verizon to think again. It is clear that their policy is to block any inquiry using whatever technical diversion they can.

Non-existent customer service

a simple question. called Verizon. put on interminable hold with no information to how long it would be until I could talk to a human. the automated service did not understand my question.

M P They tried to contact me but I was unable to get to the phone and I made several attempts to call them back and I was unsuccessful on speaking with anyone about this issue so they sent me a text message today saying they were going to disconnect my phone unless I made a payment immediately which I cant do until November 3rd when I get my SSI check which I have stated this several times to Verizon

Billing is incorrect

Before I had optimum I have no problem since I got the files I have a problem I cannot talk with anybody took me one day and nobody answering me I dont know what we have to do
