Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Cancelled service.
Not being able to get the help l needed. They would switch me from one person too another.

My iPhone 11 is dying. The buttons barely working.
Screen cracked within a week of purchasing.
I only wanted to buy a regular from VZW. Two days of trying to buy a new iPhone 15 over two days and over a DOZEN representatives. Over and over transfers to different repshaving to retell of trying to buy this phone. Multiple times trying to agree to terms and conditions and I STILL have no confirmation whether sale has gone through.
I said I needed this phone as I was bedridden. Im an MD and lawyerjust dealing with fractured hip and backI live on my own. This guy Joey asked if someone else had power of attorney that he could speak. WHAT?
Because I was 75 so he felt that I had severe cognitive decline! What a cruel and humiliating statement.
I asked for his last name, extension number or location. He actually said that We are not allowed to do that as one female rep received flowers. WT???
I needed some info when I wrote administration as to his insulting behavior. He saw nothing wrong in his question of power of attorney!
VZW has already taken money from my banking account and still no confirmation or tracking number.
Ive been with them for 15 years, never missing a payment and these guys cant sell me an iPhone. Too bad that Apple and VZW are such monopolies and Apple is a closed loop system.

I went to a Verizon store here in Va Beach VA, 1048 Independence Blvd 23455. I needed to get a new phone.
My note 8 wasn't really working properly. I went into the store an a salesman said he should help me. Rudy Valdez helped me get my new phone & get everything transferred from old phone over to my new one. When he got done doing that he got my paperwork done & said I owed like $109.
He said that I had a $200 gift card coming to if I had wanted to use some of it to pay what I owed or just have the whole $200 gift mailed to me. I said just mail it to me like the one Verizon FiOS had done. It took about 8 weeks for me to get that, so I thought the one from Verizon cellular should be here in a week. When it didn't come I call the store where I bought my new phone & was told my salesman didn't work there anymore & to contact customer to get my gift card.
I did that. I've been talking with your on line customer service people since the end of August & have been told that I won't be getting the gift card promised to me. I feel that the promise of a gift card should be honored. It's not my fault that the salesman is no longer working for Verizon cellular sales office I went to, so he could be asked why he promised me $200 Verizon gift card.
Is there anything your office can help me out. I've been with Verizon both for home & cellular since 1996. I have always had nothing but good things to say about Verizon, but no more. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was never granted that.
You treat your customer's like they have no respect for them. Can you help me get what was promised to me??

Billing and customer service issues
I've been spending hours a day. Trying to get an answer as to why?
I am being charged for a phone that was returned to Verizon within my 30 day period I've been given fake email addresses and phone numbers that don't work multiple times I still haven't been able to talk to a real person who knows how to solve this issue I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. And I've never had a problem like this before. I was told that my account was closed and my return was accepted that I received an $850 bill saying that I never returned my phone I tried to supply the tracking number and they refuse to take that they said they would call me back. Nobody has returned my phone call.
And I cannot call Verizon from another cell phone provider. It only disconnects me and says you are not a Verizon customer.

I attempted to purchase a phone through Verizon but the order was not approved because they couldn't verify my identity. The order was cancelled by Verizon however they charged my debit card $720.21 on 11/9/23 and I have been trying to get this charge reversed.
I have spent more than 8 hours on the phone, received 2 escalation codes (the first was closed but no one could tell me why). Any attempt to find out the Status has failed and there is no one who I can call - they just pass me from department to department till Im back where I started. Today I contacted my bank to get them to try and resolve (a 3-4 mo process).
I also filed a complaint with the BBB and received a call from Verizon to investigate (this started on 1/13/24). Two weeks and 2 reps later I am told that a charge back was issued to my bank, my bank denies this claim.
Today I received an email from BBB with a copy of the Verizon response where they claim to have never taken the money to begin with (though my bank has already submitted proof to them)!
Seriously?!

My family and I have been this companys for the past 10 years + and still receive no good services, high end bills, performance issues and no Fair credit for them messing up. I see why they have a 1.9 review score.
Theyre sloppy and unprofessional.
I will be switching phone company and do not recommend this wireless company to anyone else. Theyve gotten so big headed customers do not matter.

I wanted to Verizon roughly 6 weeks ago. Dubai phone on my wife and I To buy a phone 3 days later, I noticed my phone had somebody else's information in it and my phone was immediately hacked.
Needless to say, it's 6 weeks later. They sent me out another phone.
And that 1 doesn't work all they want is more money and I still don't have any service for a phone. Doesn't make any sense the sad part is you can't contact mgmt the worst

Warning. If you switch to Verizon there is a very realistic chance that if you try to leave Verizon you will not be able to port your number out to another carrier.
Besides horrible service and 5G ultra wideband that seems to never be available for anyone, they're blaming the system for me not being able to port my number out. I've had the same phone number for years and countless people have it. Their solution was to offer a $30 bill credit. And this is even with two complaints with the FCC.
So yes, besides overpaying for a plan or overpaying for a phone with verizon, you also run the risk of losing your number like I am about to. I am not staying with them if their service was free.

I'm still waiting on my refund, Verizon overcharge us. We've been in service with you all over 30 years and never got a break.n
Verizon's disrespect of the American Flag and our Veterans
The flag on one of your towers just outside of Keystone Firework near Gettysburg Pa. Is shredded.
I have been trying to contact someone to address this issue for several days and numerous hours.
I keep getting the shuffle. It is a disgrace and disrespectful to not only the US Flag, but also to those Veterans who have served it.
