Been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with person....Terrible customer service..actually their system has really problem. IF someone is looking forward to switch company, make sure your account payment is clear or checking for everything is fine before switching otherwise you have to reach customer service and will experience the most of difficult time. And important thing is your login account will be disappear, and whenever you call them and if you don't have acct# with you during talking with representation, they could not find out your account by phone # or name or even they don't have any information system and keep making you waiting waiting and over phone to another representation, but not found it again waiting and WAITING again!...GIVE UP

Verizon Wireless in Eugene-Springfield, Oregon - Poor customer service

Verizon store on Coburg Rd in Eugene Or. Today I went into the store with a problem with my phone. I had to wait an hour to get someone to help me. There was a girl checking people in and no one else working the floor. This is "BS". This store manager needs fired.

Bought a new phone from one of Verizon’s corporate stores they wer horrible fried the old phone refused to assist in set up and transfer of info to the new phe didn’t even activate the new phone sent us home to do it ourselves through tech coach was on hold for hours with no resolve. The next day we went to a small price owned store that was wonderful Adrian D at go wireless 26 mile and romeo plank rd in Macomb MI got all the info off the old phone and set up the new phone for us how the corporate store could ever let someone leave without a functioning phone is beyond me my advice is use the little stores they still care about customer service

I was with other carrier. I switch my phone number with Verizon and that is the worst experience in my life. They didn’t provide me network service one day my phone was not work in my work place. I called so many time to Verizon. They didn’t solve my problem. They ripped me off. They charge me too much money for nothing bcoz they didn’t provide me service and they pushed me to buy network extender. They charge me $370 . They said they don’t guaranatee inside the home or office. I can’t stay outside for using Verizon service. Now I switch to Tmobile. My phone working good inside and outside.Now they sent me bill $936.00. I trade in my phone $450 and $200 gift card $1100 was device out of $650 so my bill be $450. Not this much. They are scammers.

I have witnessed him being disrespectful and rude to 3 different customers. He started to be rude to me until i told him to his face his customer service skills suck and he needs to stop the attitude. I feel like he hates his job and working with the public causing him to take it out on everyone that comes into the store. I also didnt appreciate his loud mouth on the phone talking badly about another coworker. Just because the coworker does a better job and everyone asks for him.
