Trying to activate phone

Trying to get a phone activated and the person that I talked to I told her what issues was happening and she tried to get the phone activatsed and it didn't work out and she said she would have to call me back to get the phone working and she never called me back and it's been about a week >

I want to cancel my cell phone with Verizon

I have been paying $58 plus for my phone. I am 91, don't drive any more and my phone just sits here. I don't use it. I am living on my Soc. Sec. now and paying that much for a phone I don't use is dumb. My rent is more than half of my Soc. Sec. income and I need to cancel things that are costing me money. Can you help me?

I've been trying for weeks now to unlock a.phone I bought off market place off Facebook and everyone I talk to keeps given me the run around or says I need to transfer you to a different person then I het hung up on or something else happens like the say we'll I put in the request just have to wait now well I've waited and called and everything and still nothing I'm getting passed off and you is it such a issue or problem/ hard to do I'm switching the phone over to straight talk don't you guys Owen Straight talk now so you am I still jumping through hoop to do this... I'm not going to join Verizon so what do I have to do to get this phone unlocked

I was unable to speak to a human. I made a payment without talking to anyone. You need to get more help so customers can talk to a real person.

Can’t talk with a representative, long wait times, brick and mortar service stations suck, people are not trained well poor customer service and it expensive!!

Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. EVER!!! Wait time to speak to a person is unbelievable, the app is not user friendly. Verizon store employees are not well trained..

Being over charged

Bought a phone Z flip and traded my note 20 and was told I would get 800.00 trade in for my phone. Every time I go to my Verizon it says I owe 700 plus dollars for my phone. I talked with customer service and they told me it was taken care of . Now I'm going to another company

# 309403**** has been an issue since he never received his phone. This was suppose to be a new phone change from us cellular to Verizon bi t it has been nothing but issues....

Never received a phone because address was incorrect and service to speak with anyone has been difficult. Not enough help and have to make an appointment a week later.
