My bill

It was about my bill but it has been resolved the agent was very good and explaining the situation were back to being happy with Verizon they take care of their customers and when they make a deal they promise they make the right decision and to honor it and to be fair with their customers thanks Verizon

Finally someone in Billing helped me. Very polite and apologetic. Prior to her I had to call 3 times. First person was very rude wish I had his name. Second person was polite and tried to help. Third person in billing was super. I believe all is good now. Thank you

Issues with my bill

My Verizon wireless customer service representative Jessica was really awesome today. She handled my complaint and solved my problem in a efficient and timely manner. Although I was upset she was calm and let me know step by step what she was going to do and she followed through. Jessica resolved all my issues with my bill today. Amazing quality customer service!!!

This rate is for c/s rep Jay only. “V” automatic response unit gets NO stars!!

It was near impossible for me to reach a human rep for my problem. After about 8-10 calls, during a 2 wk time, and several disconnected calls?? I finally reached Jay. He was wonderful and had the patience of Jobe! He understood my problem, found the correct rate and fixed my acct. Jay spent a very long today me to resolve my issues and really listened to m. Verizons automatic response unit for calls is horrible!! It constantly tries to steer customers to messaging but I am 73 yrs old and have had hand surgery so texting is very diffucukt for me. The ARU needs numerous revisions and needs added options to accommodate special needs. You almost quit Verizon and was going to Spectrum cell. This is my last try with the big V

Great service at Retail Store

Recent returned to Verizon. Corporate ensured a discount if we returned a 1yr mobile phone. Returned 1 phone back in January 2022. Michael Parascandolo, a store manager in Tuckerton, went out of his way to ensure the offer was applied to my account. He saved me many HOURS of driving & phone time. Kudos to Michael!

Transfer phone number to new device

Customer service and I could not reach the owner of the post paid mobile account to transfer the existing prepaid phone number to the post paid device. Chris and Bina both provided excellent customer service! I will be back in touch with Bina. Thank you.

Can't get my email anymore.

I couldnt receive new emails, nor send any in both my accounts for 2 days. The apple trouble shooter told me to call Verizon myself, because Verizon was not respond to their calls. I did, but they directed me to someone, who was supposed to help me figure out how to fix the problem, but it wasnt fixed. My son and son in law fixed the problem eventually.

Need more data

So I was without a phone for 14 days due to your company not swapping out my ruined sim card after they told me it would work the next morning. And when I called to let them know. I got hung up on 3 different times and then told that nope to bad the sim card I had was no good. And then it took 14 days for me to get a new sim card. that was supposed to show up 24bhours after my conversation with one of ur *** customer service representatives. So I had a phone withba paid bill I couldn't even use. And yes company didn't even offer to give me any kind of reimbursement for the 14 days I was unable to use my phone. I would like to get some kind of reimbursement for those 14 days

Finally achieved perfect service

I had to drive to one after another Verizon until I found Jason. I was told that I had to have a phone reservation to the Verizon but I could not call from my phone. So a freeing up a spot for fixing my phone was becoming extremely discouraging. So I went to three different Verizons. But at my fourth Verizon and with our appointment. Jason went above and beyond to get outstanding service and hook
