i asked the question many times, i have never been contacted by anyone or a part of the company. only then take the initiative to contact. on febtuary 22,fortunately, when i dialed 800922****, i met a real customer service gentleman. he was patient and took no trouble. it took me more than an hour to solve my acccount problem for me. i am very grateful.

for verizon. i think it is first-class technology and first-class equipment. but there is really nothing to say about customer service, only bad luck. i've made every effort to simply change the account's contact number, but nothing works. it seems that only unsubscribe is processed.
