I set up auto pay for my bill. It was taking off my debit card but I am still receiving messages for payment

They need to pay more attention to their system and their customers account. I tried to reach out to them but no response. That live chat isnt any help at all. I dont understand why they operate the way they do and they are suppose to be the best and reliable company in the world. I am thinking about switching my services.

they use to be great that was years ago, they have gone to the worst. they do not care at all about any issue they will just repeat same script or excuses ( hang up etc..) you can file a complaint with the better business bureu which will get passed to the executive relations ( glorified rep) who if your lucky will help. should look into another provider

never trust any of there "agents" they will lie and do nothing. they know that nothing will happen to them so they do what they want and will lie to cover themselves.

to unlock the phone does not require a "reset " of any king period all these " agents" paid seat warmers know is there script. to unlock a phone all you have to do is put in request, some can be done on the phone ( network settings ) some need a pin, varies by phone and or carrier. i would file a complaint with the better business bureau, someone from " executive relations" which is nothing more than a glorified rep will contact you perhaps email first or a call.

you give them the issue ( they pretend to listen or care) and if your lucky they will get the problem resolved. can also file a complaint ( consumser complaint) with the fcc they are required to unlock your phone

Sim card

Everyone was very friendly. But when the tech took my Sim card (after declaring my phone broken and ordering a new one), I was left without any way to call out for 3 days. With the simple card, I could at least access thr network thru my car. Then when I had questions about accessing old data and /or activating the new phone, the online reps were unable to assist me. I finally when to the store and got help with activation. I then ended up figuring out how to transfer the data from the broken phone to the new phone by myself.

User's recommendation: Just go to the store. And remember to take your old phone.

Stop serviceas of 3/28/2022

i have not use it in greece since march 2022 because it was not working for almost 3 months it costed me more than 6 hundred $

Extrenuating circumstances made me unable to pay

First of all their automated system is crap so there is absolutely no way to get to a rep for me. Going through this website though allowed me to get through to them and once I did get through, they were willing to work with me on this. Though I think large part of that is because I have been with them for 11 years. Anyway customer service is top notch. Once you can get through to them that is. It's just getting there is a big hassle.

Philanthropic project/ help I can’t reach billing. How can I do that without

Setting up a phone donation for the survivors of domestic abuse and looking at companies to partner. for example, If I have a phones(s) im looking to donate to these individuals, I'd like to pay to have the phone reset and paid for a month or two. Also I need to pay my bill!!! Will try automatically: My debit card is reinstated I completely forgot it had expired and didnt change my account in time for billing the last few months!!! Verizon owes me money.

Even though i quit the service in December, they kept billing me for 5 months. it is very difficult to reach them to make changes. i cannot phone then or reach them by internet since i no longer have an account number.

I want to get in touch with Verizon but cannot.

I need a refund for payments made since Dec., 2021, after service was discontinued. I have not been able to get in touch because the account number has been deleted. I tried to call , but since I do not have an account number and none of the options fit my issue, it has not been possible.

I had US Cellular in OKC for $50 a month; unlimited text, talk, & data. I have the same plan with Verizon but pay 1 1/2 times as much.

I received an email from Verizon which I thought was fraudulent asking me to confirm this as my email address. The email address ended in verizon.com, but I thought your email addresses ended in VZW.com. I cannot verify my email address through my verizon app. Domt know why.

Can't contact a human

I got a letter in the mail saying that I applied for an account. I never applied for an account so someone is using my information. I tried to talk to someone at Verizon but the automated service requires a Verizon account phone number. I do not have have a Verizon account phone number or so it would not connect me to anyone. I have to go to a Verizon store now instead of simply talking on the phone

Although I have cancelled my service, I continue to receive bills. I cannot check my bill because they no longer recognize my account.
