I requested to have my due date changed after paying my bill after that they sent me 2 notices saying my bill was past due and did not change my due date. I’ve been with this co. over 20 yrs. and

Recently theyre service has gone downhill on top of the additional charges they add on and complicated phone monologue with their computer you must go through before getting a live person. Honestly this wouldnt be my first choice.

Update billing information

The website links weren't working. My credit card had been cancelled and a new one sent to me because of fraud. My Verizon account was attached to the old card. I did NOT receive any notice that the old card wasn't working for them. They just disconnected my account. With the website not working correctly, I had a very difficult time updating the account with my new card information since I could NOT call them. I finally found and old text message and using my home wireless, I was able to make the change that way. Very disappointing!

Bad phone system

First off when I called through the first three times got disconnected I finally waited and waited and someone finally got on and this is a business account they went through the problem with my Wi-Fi and my phone not working properly drop calls cracking voice repetitive in one area of my house which I never had the problem in the past 20 years I waited forever in line after 15 minutes I hung up nobody called me back I could not stay on line holding for the technical the second technical person

Paid bill. Keep getting billed for more.

Switched phone service paid my bill completely with Verizon and Im still getting billed for my phone which I dont have anymore.

Expect a refund for closed account

Waiting on refund for at least 7 months. I read somewhere that a refund of my money would take affect after 6 months. I'm still waiting for the money to hit my bank account.

I am getting multiple fund raising texts from politicians. How do I block them

None of the listed customer service numbers were answered. Chat system did not function. 10 years ago customer service was excellent. Today they do not want customer interaction. When will tech companies learn there is a lot more to keeping customers than their software and hardware. Is there anybody there Verizon?

As I am using one handset I never received the another one but the company is charging for two device inspite I am using only one device don’t know how they add second device I lodged many complaints

I asked the executive kindly verify where the second device has been delivered and on which address who has been recieved and by which courier whats the imei but till no update and unusually charging in my account for two device. This is rediculus

Reconnect my service

I cant reconnect at all and customer service never answers the automation is evasive and always says try back later its been two weeks of trying to reconnect and I cannot get my account unsuspended it makes me mad I paid for more gigs of data and the month expired before I could use any of it

As a handicapped senior citizen I need to speak to himans..not digital sign ins or chaos with logi s passwords etc. I am calling from mine and that should be secure enough to tell you to drop subscri

I do not want these additional services added. I never requested the "free" subscription for a month and then you have the audacity to boll $+9.95 a month if not canceled. In addition. Just try to cancel using your digital service. Log ins, chats that go nowhere etc. Pay people to a swer phones ateast for senior citizens ; handicapped!!!

Bill of 25 cents

I switched to another carrier two months ago. I had an overpayment on my account so Verizon sent the refund in the form of a Visa card. Last week I received a bill for 25 cents. I tried paying online and Im a store. Couldnt pay that way. Finally spoke to a person who could take my payment but couldnt take less than a dollar. Ridiculous!
