I have spent over an hour getting technical support help. no HUMANS to help as usual. Takes forever to get online chat support. chat support is taking too long to respond. *** customer service. Going to consider changing services as a result. I am so sick of company poor customer supportc

Unlock my account

My account was locked as it said I input incorrect information for my account. This is not so. I've used this information with no problem until this week. I have not been able to access my account for the whole week via online or via phone. They just do NOT pick up on either contact. I need to add my son's new phone on and access our account for other items, and CANNOT reach ANYONE at Verizon. Have been on hold several times for over an hour each time!!!

Annoyed

About a month ago we changed providers. I have been trying since that time to pay the final bill. We have even gone to the store with no results. Today I found an old bill and called the company as a last resort. I paid the bill, when I checked my bank account I saw where they charged me 10 dollars for the phone call. Where 10 dollars is not going to break me I have tries everything to pay this bill. Pretty poor of Verizon to say the least.

Stop teleamarkers phone calls

I'm receiving 20 to 25 telemarketing calls per day. I need help, or I'm going to change my service. This is out of hand.

I ordered a phone for my daughters birthday and was told it would be delivered by noon the next day. It never should up the next day and my daughter went without a present. Then the day after the UOS tried to deliver but no one was home (was never told it had to be signed for). Then I had to driver to the local UPS Service center to pick it up myself since no one is home during the day. All in all not happy.

User's recommendation: Have the phone delivered when you say it will be there and if if needs to be signed for let the customer know.

Very unhappy with "upgrade" of plan.

I expected to be treated like more than just a number. I had hoped to achieve something I would be happy with but you were not able come through. Still considering changing carriers. Still hoping you can show me the respect I deserve. We shall see.

I explained that my home and my neighborhood are experiencing no cellular data. Our connection for voice call are fine with no dropped calls but if I/we try to use our browser we get a 1x connection. We were getting 4g LTE and everything worked fine up to 30 days ago....

Bill and store experience

Was sold a bunch of stuff that was not true was told I had to buy new chargers cause the old ones would not work with the new cable's apple was putting out and the screen saver cost me 64 per phone and two days later my bf screen was CRACKED so why did I spend 64 for what and to find out that was a complete lie about the charging cords.

Billing months after canceling service.

The recording didnt allow for challenging the bill. I finally called a different number and got the bill cancelled.

My $100 trade-in credit hey charge whatever they want

They don't solve anything for one thing I outright oaud cash for my phone and I wanted to switch carriers because they charge whatever they want never the same every month.they wouldn't let me switch my own phone so you have to wait until there ready

Best way to avoid this, pay your bills on time. You put yourself in this position.

best bet is to file a complaint with the bbb and fcc all else fails file a complaint with the nj attorney general office

Resolved: Billing

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Apparently one customer service agent can give completely different information than another.

Which one do you believe?

They are reversing the amount they took from my bank acc't today plus refunding another small amount - not nearly as much as I was originally told. HLB3.

After I moved my two lines of mobile service to Xfinity mobile, and was told that I owed them no more money and to expect a $66 refund on my most recent payment, they turned around and took another $38.84 from my bank account during the next billing period. They do not have their stuff together. Now, they don't even want to talk to me because they can't acknowledge my number in their database.

My auto pay

To get my auto pay stoppec on pbone stopoed as I do not have that phone my X does but Verizon keeps charging me every montb for my auto pay for an account that I do not have, I do not even hsve a Verizon phone or phone number so please stop that auto pay for that number that I am not using and no longer have. I gave my Verizon phone to my X so she called up Verizon and was told she put the phone in her name plus she also got a brand new number from Verizon. Stop the Auto Pay off of my checking account. Just look up my name and you will see that auto pay that needs to stop.
