Paid my bill phone still not on!!!!!!

You shut my new service & new phone off because I wasn't using it . I hadn't used it yet because I was in the when I returned from the hospital I had gotten several letters in the mail stating it was going to be disconnected if not used .

It was already shut off when I got back from the hospital & opened my mail. I called in about it when I got back from the hospital & the fraud department said it was off because I owed a payment & not because I didn't use it! I never even used the phone Verizon deactivated it & STILL billed me in full! for the month!

! I PAID it in full on Friday & my phone still can only be used for emergencies! It says it's not registered with a provider!!! This makes zero sense since the lady at the fraud department said as soon as payment was received it would only be up to 24 hrs & it would be back on.

It's been well over 24hrs & still not back on! Also this phone was supposed to be free with a new service agreement!

I did not receive it for free & I am paying full price for the new S24 that the majority of ppl are getting free! I am beyond pissed on many levels at this point!

regardless of the situation you do need to pay the bills , so the discontinuation of service was a result of that not being you will need to pay the bill for service and if possibe maybe pay ahead to avoid the issue

New Phone issues

I didn't use my new phone, so Verizon thought it was stolen. The Fraud department shut my phone down after only having it 2 weeks & I hadn't used it due to being sick. They lied & said I didn't pay my bill that's why it was shut off. I only had the phone & service for 2 weeks & my bill wasn't due yet! My phone was also supposed to be free because it was a new service. They are charging me for the new phone!

Canceling my service after four years due to the bad outsource customer service

My name is Denia Anderson and Ive been on the phone for over two hours calling all different kinds of numbers being left on hold for 45 minutes at a time trying to set up my online account and I keep getting kicked off the site and no help in that area and this has been happening for me to me for the last three months or so. Ive been having problems and my phone bill increased and I dont understand why the customer service representatives are not very nice and they hang up on me or they just dont come back to the phone and they leave you on hold and theres a bad language barrier and I need to talk to someone who speaks English to help me because I am really frustrated with this whole thing and its been happening for the last few months

they out sourced almost all of the reps india newest area i heard of, but philipines most luck of the draw to get a usa based rep these reps know little beyond the scripts

Be careful with Verizon. Will add international fees when you have not used international service

Verizon added $300 to my bill for international text and calls and did not make these. I own both phones. Called and they said they would get back to me and did not. Then text me a threat of cancelation if I did not pay.

Yes I'm very disappointed and will probably switch my service very soon because of the fact I tried to add a line for my girlfriend with the promo to Adeline and get a tablet and Apple watch on you guys and the lady who was in sales said that I would have to pay full price for everything and then I'd get a refund and increments each month and I said well how was that a free like when I got my iPhone 13 it was free I didn't pay anything up front like so for them to want me to pay upfront full price that's not free that's that's me pay for everything and you slowly give me my money back and then and hoping that I miss a bill or something so then you can keep it cuz it's avoid of the contractor something like that I'm sure but it's very disappointing because I promised my girlfriend the the new phone and to Adeline so I can pay for her phone and now I can't do that because I don't have the money to pay up front like that

All three of the items that are free up front in the prom cost around $1700. It sounds like they ran a credit check on you and you did not qualify. They aren’t going to blindly hand out that dollar amount and hope they recoup some over a three year contract.

The only promo I see is trade in any iPhone and get iPhone 15 pro for free and an iPad and watch. Phone must have ultimate unlimited plan ($90/month plus tax/fees) and iPad and watch must be activated also.

Three year contract. This promo started November 16.

The only way they would not honor the promo is if it was over or if the applicant’s credit was poor.

Lying on TV about free phones. I checked and was told I didnt qualify for a phone, because I am already a customer. Been a customer for 20 years. Your service has gone down hill for a long time, but I have stayed with you, but still if you are already a customer they dont offer any free phones for you. So I guess I will have to go to another company. Thanks for nothing

Problem with new watch and old phone

I cant get in touch with a person to discuss problem with new I-watch band and info about what to do with old iPhone Xr. Contacting customer service agents is ridiculously impossible. I have tried several times today to reach someone with no call back. But reaching a sales agent is easy as pie. Please get your act together or you just might lose a long standing customer.

Back in the middle of June I sent to a Verizon cellular store to get a newer phone. My phone was over 6 yrs old.

The salesman had sit down at his desk & discuss what I needed. On his advice I bought the galaxy S22 ultra. He took my old phone with the new one & transferred my information from old to new. While that was happening he sat back down & told me I was entitled to a $200 gift card & would I like to use some of it to pay the $106 I owed at that time.

I said no, I'll just take the whole $200 gift card. I waited around 2 months for it & it never. Called the store they told me the salesman no longer worked there & contact Verizon customer service. They had talking with several associates over the past 4 months.

I never got my gift card. I never was able to get a supervisor to talk with, because I knew they could of solved this situation. As soon as my phone is paid off I'll probably leave Verizon cellular.

At least Verizon FiOS gives it customers the gift cards they promised them. They don't give them a run around.

A Verizon customer could not pay his bill with my phone number as the one paying it! Or my credit card either. And there was absolutely no support to chat and no live assistance available of course at all. They used to be stellar! Now it's just another example of AI taking a business into the ground.

I never heard a word from Verizon. After contacting them multiple times about being over charged hundreds of dollars. They would rather ignore me than to do the right thing.

I gave up! After 20 months of attempting to get my bill corrected, I chose to leave and go to T Mobile.

No longer will my bill be increased randomly (from $180 a month to $245 a month in 20 months). No, I did not get any help or refund for the $2000 extra that I was charged over the period, but boy, do I feel better not being tied to them anymore.

I agreed to an offer via phone and was never charged the correct amount. I was charged regular retail. No one at Verizon would ever help me, just transfer my call. After months of getting nowhere and becoming So frustrated that I switched to another carrier after 27 years! I called for help, went into stores and attempted online help. They are trained to pass you off until you give up. Maybe that is why so many Verizon customers are leaving. Worst CS experience I have ever had - we went out to dinner to celebrate not being leashed to them anymore!
