Bad service from internet I have 2 router still no Wi-Fi working

Speak to a representative

I did not get the opportunity to speak with a representative!!! I wanted to make arrangements until the 3rd of March, I am in stage 4 of kidney failure and have long COVID, I just wanted an extension and my services were cut off.
