Charged After Account

I had everything paid off until I went to transfer my account to a better service provider, and then I was charged bogus "promo readjustment fees". Awful customer service.

Experience with Verizon - Changing Plan to Prepaid Plan

I was literally on the phone with Verizon wireless representatives from 5:56pm-9:30pm. After changing my plan to a prepaid plan, I could not make or receive phone calls until 9:30pm. It took me calling so many Verizon customer service numbers to resolve the issue of my phone not working. The representatives were all not helpful.The last representative was able to resolve the issue with the same method that the others had told me to do. The problem was my phone was not activated.

No good business at all. In fact, you never responded to my call. You continue to play insignificant voice response.

Can’t talk to a Human

Im just trying to get my nurse discount that I qualified for. I registered for it in July havent gotten a discount on my bill yet. Everybody redirecting you to everybody else. Bill higher than what I was told originally (lied to). It is what it is. Focusing on paying my phone off and getting the *** only

International Call Plan

The company did not even answer my calls during my travels. There was no tech support or person that I could speak to in regards to mobile phone issues. Horrible!

COLLECTIONS - NEVER MADE 1 PHONE CALL - NO SERVICE

We got a cell phone, Rep said service where we live, we never made 1 phone call, NO SERVICE IN OUR AREA, we returned the phone 3 days later & still getting billed 772-299-**** Please call to get this settled, they are threatening collections 321-704-**** I have called serveral times, telling me it has been taken care of, the last phone call was to your Rep Jennifer Chapman from Georgia, on phone for over an hour, said she wrote it all up, but it had to be escalated and here we are ANOTHER 14 days later and ANOTHER collections letter. I have screenshot this page as documentation. Please take care of this. Thank you, Linda S Newberry

Terrible Company!!!

Worst customer service ever. I tried to be a new customer, but it went horribly wrong. First they got my address wrong and the phones had to shopped back, they won't give me my money back for the taxes in the phone and will trying to get my money back kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and the call centers were closed. This is really ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

I need to add a plan and there is no customer service

There is no customer service. No one is helping me. I need to add international plan to my line. Why can't someone answer? Also, I got locked out of my account.
