I posted on Verizon on Facebook and sent it as a message also. I was contacted within minutes by Ebony from Verizon. She checked into it for me and within 2 hours she had credited my account for the first rebate and if second one doesn’t go through on the 9/21/19 she...
- Signal service is good
- False information and inaccurate information on rebates
- New xr given with an old sim card that failed in 5 weeks

received a letter from 9/30/2019 Georgia Department of Law and Verizon Wireless Executive Relations had 10 days to follow up with both GDOL and I and never heard from them...I even gave Verizon more time and wrote back to Georgia Department of Law and told them........
- You are a bunch of overcharging crooks
- Still looking for something to like about verizon
- No help with my problem
- Poor attitude of manager
- Service quality and reliability
- Long wait times

Verizon Wireless finally got my husband's phone switched to my account!

2 months later and no refund from Verizon prepaid wireless.I had to dispute charge with credit card and send them documented by date and time, who I spoke to proof.Sent documented notes.Bait and switch, terrible customer service company.DO NOT USE VERIZON WIRELESS
