- Do not return dropped customer service calls
- But never offered any reqal solution to fix the problems
- Claimed to want to be the best etc etc

Verizon Wireless - Customer x 17 years. Paying over $230 p/m with Mexico Plan. Several friends have Senior Plan paying $70 p/m. Tried to get plan by calling them several times. “Not available in your area”. Total bull.
Calls to various Verizon levels. Several friends with the Senior Plan. No help. Moving to T-Mobile after 17 years with Verizon.
