Billing.

Let me start by saying it’s a pain in the butt to get a hold of you guys. I’ve called multiple times about my bill and I am getting ready to drop you after 24 almost 25 years.

Ripping people off for 940 453 in too much time is ridiculous upgrade kit on it only cost $100. So if I don’t get this resolved you can have your phones back and I am leaving your company.

Mine and my son's phone services has been disconnected and I'm not supposed to go without a phone and I was told by a worker of y'all's I could set up a promise to pay my bill and go ahead and get it turned back on. Can u helpe with that

  • From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon.
  • Navigate: Account > My devices > Device overview.
  • Under the appropriate mobile number, click Manage device.
  • Scroll down to the 'PIN and Personal Unblocking Key' section then click View.

In order to reset your Verizon voice mail you should call Verizon customer service at 1-80*-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from another Verizon phone. Ask them to verify the voicemail feature is on your line and to reset it so you can set it up again.

According to Verizon cancellation policy in order to cancel your account you should call Verizon customer service Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00pm EST, at 1.844.837.2262. Remember to have your account information handy. Once your service is cancelled, don’t forget to utilize My Verizon to check the status of your final bill, equipment return, and refunds, if applicable.

According to Verizon Wireless help page they don't sell replacement batteries. You will have to by a new one. You should also contact Verizon Wireless customer service and request information about about your warranty. You may reach them by phone at (800) 922-0204.

According to the information provided at the Verizon Community, if your phone is not showing a sim network, you may try the following procedure:
  • power the phone down;
  • remove and reinsert the SIM card;
  • power the phone back on;
  • it may not be making a good connection due to a bump or drop.

If that doesn't work, then you can get a new SIM card at a corporate Verizon store, or have one mailed to you from customer service.

When you purchase a device online, you'll be asked to pick a phone number before or during checkout - you can either transfer your existing number or choose a new one. If you have problems with number transfer contact Verizon customer service by phone at 800-922-0204.
