Verizon Wireless - Poor customer service
Tried ellipsis jet pack. Wouldnt work for my needs.
Asked for a package ending up being a line charge and i wanted data only. Had to take the line off. Then when i bvb tried to cancel Hannah told me to disconnect service and wait for end of billing cycle and days of not having service would be deducted and my bill would be less than the normal $70. But she lied and my final bill was$70.
This was my first and last experience with Verizon.
And thanks to Hannah i now think she and Verizon suck the same. And the 5 minute wait was 34 and from the reviews i saw its a normal wait time and 34 is too long
