I have Blackberry Priv less than 1 year old and not maintaining a charge. I have dealt with the "technical support" department for over a month now and they refuse to honor the warranty on the phone.

They transferred me to Asurion, told them the phone was not charging due to a bad port - a lie; Asurion informed me they could not assist with replacement because it is a warranty issue as it will not hold a charge and not the problem they provided them. Additionally, it would have cost me a deductible to replace the phone. I was last informed 4 days ago someone would contact me from their "leadership" team and still no response.

The latest excuse is I didn't provide a number to be contacted including area code - I have a phone through them!! Do not conduct business with this company, they are seriously going downhill and care nothing about their customers.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service and warranty guarantee.
