I called Verizon with a credit check for a guest because I work with marketsource so activate phones, and they gave me such a hard time and had me on hold for 20 minutes. I called my support line and they just forwarded me to Verizon after being on hold for another 20 minutes.

The woman on the Verizon line said the same exact thing the first one did and after I put her on a brief hold to discuss matters with my associate, she caught an attitude and started raising her voice at me for putting her on hold. I refuse to put up with this kind of abuse towards myself or towards my guests.

Very unprofessional. Negative 30 stars.
