I'm had a problem with Verizon for the past 3 or 4 months I paid $75 a month for unlimited high-speed data to my hotspot it's very strong out the day or night where my internet just stops I have contacted Verizon when I can get ahold of a live person and they have not resolved the issue they said they can't find the problem but it's there has to be a problem there lately I can't get a hold of Life person all I get is I made it and I keep getting the runaround and I'm not getting no solution then that's why I'm pissed I can't get ahold of corporate office they won't answer their phones when I finally thought I was going to get a hold of a supervisor I get hung up on I would go to another Network carrier but Verizon only one that has this plan that I need and you lose I just don't know what else to do that's why I'm pissed because I'm getting no nothing resolved through then and wanting to help

User's recommendation: Don't lose Verizon.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
