i arranged for a trade in of watch and phone but was not sent proper packaging. when i called to try to rectify situation, the associate gave me misinformation - he was useless.
his name was something like "camraj." he told me i need an IME # for the watch i am trading in, but apple informed me that they did not use IME #'s on that model watch. i now have been on hold for an hour with no access to a live person and even on chat i was told they do not understand me or my problem. i am a professional psychologist - my time is more valuable and i have now wasted an hour of it.
i have been a verizon customer since the beginning of the company and have been told i am a "valued" customer - i feel neither valued nor appreciated. i am completely disgusted and do not know to whom i can turn.
User's recommendation: think twice before signing onto verizon - after 30+ years i think i am ready for a change.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
