I have sent Numerous Communication to Verizon, Including this one yesterday:

To Whom It may Concern:

This Notice has been sent to the Verizon Legal Dept, Sales Dept, Customer Service, And Numerous Phone Calls To Sales Dept. 800-419-****...I have sent numerous e-mails to various Dept's at Verizon, since Dec 22, 2021.

I am Still waiting for a response.

I Have Paid My Credit Card Charge For This Phone, And Am Paying The 30-Month Service Charge of $2.85 Per Month Shown On My Monthly Statement, For A Phone I Do Not Have...I am at my wits end and am starting to get the feeling I may need to have my Attorney get involved, as I have had NO Response from Verizon, for a Device and Service Charges for a Phone I DO NOT Have. I am still using my Old 3-G Kyocera Phone for Phone Number 708-834-****. As I do Not have the new NEW Nokia 2720 V Flip 4 GB phone, you can easily determine that it has never been activated, or used with phone number 708-834-****.

I want someone to call me to resolve this outstanding issue of a Device Paid For, Billing Charges Issued On Statement, for a Device NOT RECEIVED...

On Dec 20, 2021, I ordered a Equipment Upgrade Nokia 2720 V Flip 4 GB in CHARCOAL BLACK Device Payment 708-834-****.

I made 3-calls to Verizon Sales Dept, on Dec 22, 23, and 27, and talked to sales agents regarding this phone, which was Never Delivered.

A ticket was filed, #761****, for investigation, and I was to be contacted back this week. As of today, Friday Jan 7, 2022, I have had No Response.

I have already paid my Credit Card statement for this Device, so I have Paid for a device I have not received as of this date.

Yesterday, I received my monthly phone statement, showing additional 30-month charges of $2.85 per month, for this new device, per agreement # 175369****, which I have NOT Received, and I Do NOT have.

I always pay my statements and bills when I receive them, so they are Not Late.

I will be paying this additional charge for a Device I Have NOT received, so that I am not late.

I want Someone To Call me Back Immediately to resolve this issue, as I do NOT want to sit on the phone for 30-35 minutes to talk with someone. I Have Sent Numerous E-Mails To Verizon And Have had NO Response...

Your company can easily determine that I am still using my Old 3-G Kyocera Phone, and have not activated any NEW Nokia 2720 V Flip 4 GB phone...

I HOPE I do not need to call an Attorney, for Billing Charges sent through the mail for services Not Provided, and for a Device Paid For, and Not Received...
